Simply wearing a corset will provide a more streamlined silhouette and offer waist reduction. However, once the corset comes off, you will return to your natural shape. 

NUTRITION IS KEY

As in the waist training process, the inherit effect of constriction on the digestive system will limit food intake, thus promoting weight loss. However, over constriction can cause heart burn and should be avoided. 

This alone will not produce visible, lasting  results, without a healthy diet and exercise combined. As they say "You wear what you eat". Diets high in protein in conjunction with "good carbs", will speed you on your way, along with exercise to aid in burning unwanted fat.  Wrapping it all up by wearing your corset, and you have a complete weight loss package.  With and a little hard work and determination, you will be on your way to your weight loss goal in no time! 

 If more dramatic results are desired, waist training is the next step.

It is always recommended one speaks with their physician before use in weight loss or the waist training process, especially if there are any underlying health issues or concerns. This process may not be suitable for everyone.

Important Weight Loss note: Keep in mind the 4-6 week processing time frame. A corset is cut based on the measurements provided at the time of ordering. Weight loss during this time frame can effect how the corset fits, depending on how much weight is lost and where.
